Betting for the introduction of DLT technologies in Spanish Ports

Radical truth and transparency = humanless intervention

We are convinced that the future of global trade and its high complex supply chains must be managed by DLT technologies, ioT and artificial intelligence

Conceptual KLT and IOTA Foundation

We are working in close collaboration with IOTA Foundation to use tangle technology to build several PoC to demonstrate that is possible to use it for the development of a complete autonomous or semi-autonmous system for the clearance inward/outward in spanish ports.

Maritime AIS Data technology

We are building our services based on real-time AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. We are collecting different data sources and experimenting with different algorithms to design a dock logic that allow us to automate the emission of the clearance inward/outward.

Port State and IoT devices

We are collecting information of the port state in different ports, to discover relvant data about the berth and the occupation of the free spots. Also we collect information of sensors and meteorological stations to predict what is the right moment for the vessel dock.

THE SPINNER EFFECT AND THE CREATION OF VALUE IN THE PORT ECOSYSTEM

CKLT proposal is about the construction of the Intelligent Port of the future using its blockchain platform, eliminating friction, seeking efficiency and ultimately generating what we call the Spinner effect. This effect occurs when automation is promoted among the different public / private agents that interact without human intervention, eliminating the frictions of the process and its costs.

BLOCKCHAIN
TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO RO-RO TRAFFIC
IN THE PORT OF SANTANDER

The port of Santander has as one of its principal attributes the Ro-Ro traffic, acronym of Roll On – Roll Off, all the merchandise that is rolled. It has a total of 600.000 m^2 for the storage of vehicles, through several consigning companies.
There is a big problem of space when carrying out the relevant port operations related to this traffic, because, over a year, there are half a million vehicles of various kinds, making this area insufficient.
